Dead Sevens - St. Mary's/Topeka 

I only thought it appropriate to feature the quartet that is the Dead Sevens on Halloween for the simplistic blunt reason of their name. Halloween time is often associated with dead and creepy things, albeit the Dead Sevens are not a quartet of zombies or their music causes listeners to die, this Alt Rock band from Kansas has been covering the MidWest like snow in winter.

At the time of this writing, the band is currently ranked #3 on ReverbNation Rock charts for the Topeka, Ks area, and the body of work, hard touring and tenure show why. The band formed in 2003, has released one album "Alienated", with Rundown Studios/Paul Schneider, and is working on their sophomore album.

The band has been playing gigs all over the MidWest, including their native state of Kansas, neighboring states of Iowa, and Illinois to name a few. They have an upcoming show at The Granada in Lawrence, Nov. 17th. Go support their show, and buy some merch!
